Chilli Peanut Ino Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice thick brioche
  • 100g Swiss cheese (Gruyère or Emmental), grated
  • 2 tbsp chilli peanut butter
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1

Cut thick slice of brioche 1 inch cut a small square in the middle and place 2 egg yolk in the center.

Step 2

Place swiss cheese around the outside.

Step 3

Airfry 180c for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Bones pickles chilli peanut over the top to finish.
